WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

In a nutshell...

Freshly made tasty dishes with Fantastic service! The pizza was amazing and made to order, and my favorite dish has to be the potato filled bolani a tasty Afghan specialty. This place is under new management, they have kept the favorites and added new and delicious Afghan dishes as well. The service was excellent and staff were warm and friendly. Ive been to the DC area many times and tried a lot of restaurants, but this place stood out for me by the fresh food and great service. I will definitely be coming back here in my future trips!

Recently went back...

and got the Bolanee and Flatbread Pizza. I don't even know where Bolanee originates from, but I am hooked.

Was reluctant to come...

Was reluctant to come here due to the low ratings from a couple months ago but the newest rating made me give it a chance. All I can say is wow. The food here is good and fresh and the service is great so the new management stated in the review before this must be doing something right. The atmosphere is clean and it has great food that suits almost any need. It ranges from hamburgers to kabobs and each tastes as good as they can possibly be. I recommend trying the onion rings. Definitely will be coming back

First off let me...

start by saying that they underwent a change of management, should have changed the name in the process. Since then their quality has improved. I recommend the vegetarian items!

We were in the mood...

for eating something new and then we stumbled upon The Food. The location was perfect and there's even a private parking garage. The menu is really diverse and the employees were extremely friendly. Our pizza and burgers came out so fast and tasted amazing! Easily 10/10 best burger I've had in a while. The onion rings were delicious, by far the best onion rings I've had in a long time! I will definitely visit here more often, The Food is phenomenal!

We went in there...

this past weekend and absolutely loved the food and the service!! I got the Food Burger and my wife got the Veggie Burger from them and we shared a side of delicious fries. Everything was great!! They were very kind and offered us a free cup of their hot tea. I don't see how people reviewed the restaurant back in 2012, when they told us at the restaurant they just opened a few weeks ago. My wife and I will definitely be going back for some more!!! I hope you will go there and try it out. Definitely worth your time.

I have no complaints...

I came in 10 minutes before they opened and they opened the doors for me, service was great. I think it's under new management,. The items mentioned in the past reviews aren't on the menu any, so I'm assuming its a newly improved menu. The food came out rather fast and tasted amazing. I had the food burger and my friend tried the Kubideh kabob (yes they also serve kabobs and kabob wraps) and both were spectacular. I definitely recommend this to anyone. A friend had mentioned it and I drove from Springfield to try it out, the trip was well worth it!
